National Supreme House of the Year
The National Supreme House of the Year Award is the pinnacle of the year’s national event – there are two Supreme new build winners - one under $1 million and one over $1 million.

National Supreme Renovation of the Year
The National Supreme House of the Year Award is the pinnacle of the year’s national event – there can be only three - two new builds and one renovation. This one is for a renovation.

Platinum Award
This is bestowed on builders who have achieved outstanding building excellence and won five or more National Category titles, two of which can be lifestyle awards.

Sapphire
Sapphire awards recognise outstanding achievement in building excellence and are awarded to companies who win three or more Regional Supreme titles.

National Pink Batts Craftsmanship
This is possibly the builders most coveted award. Sponsored by Pink Batts, it is awarded to the builder with the highest score in the Workmanship category of the judging criteria.

Bestowed by the judges for a house worthy of special recognition.

Top 100
The best 100 homes in the country achieve Top 100 status each year, and proceed to the National Finals.

Regional Supreme House of the Year
Up to three Regional Supreme Awards are awarded at each regional event - one for a New Build under $1 million, one for a New Build over $1 million and one for a Renovation.

Regional Supreme Renovation of the Year
Up to three Regional Supreme Awards are awarded at each regional event - two for New Builds (under and over $1 million) the other for a Renovation. This is for the best renovation in the region.

Regional Pink Batts Craftsmanship
This coveted award, sponsored by Pink Batts, is awarded to the builder with the highest score in the Workmanship category of the judging criteria.

Awarded to a home that best maximises exterior and interior living.

Regional PDL by Schneider Electric Smart Home Award
This award is for the best smart home. A smart home is a home containing a home automation system. This system is used to control any elements such as lighting, climate, entertainment systems, appliances, heating systems, AV, energy metering and/or security.

Regional Gold
These are given to entrants who achieve 90% of the available points and judged to be at least 80% above industry standard.

Regional Silver
Awarded to builder entries which achieve 82.5% of available points and are at least 65% above industry standard.

Regional Bronze
These awards are given to builder entries which achieve 75% of available points and are at least 50% above industry standard.
