A Blenheim house has taken out the supreme renovation award at the Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast House of the Year competition.
Concrete floors and benchtops, a recycled rimu feature wall and seamless flow between the studio workspace and living quarters helped the Springlands house take out the category.
The house, owned by a Marlborough photographer, was renovated by building company George Guthrie Construction and designed by architect Jarrod Midgley.
