A new home in Masterton and a Karori renovation have been judged this year's finest Wellington and Wairarapa homes.
Richard Sexton Builders won four regional awards with its Masterton house, including the Wellington Wairarapa Registered Master Builders 2016 Supreme House of the Year.
Planit Construction was awarded the Wellington Wairarapa Registered Master Builders 2016 Supreme Renovation of the Year for its Karori project.
