Designed by the multi-award-winning Mason & Wales Architects, this stunning Millbrook home is perfectly attuned to the Arrowtown climate and its rich agrarian past. The building combines the character of a Central Otago cottage with all the space and comfort of a modern dwelling. Carefully considered positioning maximises privacy and views over fairways, ponds and the Wakatipu Basin. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident throughout this beautifully appointed abode. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, open-plan living, sun room, verandahs and garaging are married together by architecturally consistent design. Marvel at the internal cedar trusses in the soaring ceilings. Stellar lighting design accentuates and complements interior and exterior features. Alfresco spaces lay the groundwork for relaxed outdoor living and ensure maximum enjoyment of year-round sunshine. Soft natural colours used in the landscaping enhance the rustic look of this home. An orchard to the south is ripe for the picking.
