Above striking bluestone tiles, the innovative grooved shadow-clad ply ceilings and fittings of the 30m hallway are impressive. Find his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes and a superior bathroom adjoining the massive master bedroom in this four-bedroom, four-bathroom house. The expansive dining room has fully recessed doors opening to outside living. It adjoins the ergonomically efficient kitchen with its ply cabinetry, floating bamboo floors, butler’s pantry and huge centre island. The sizeable formal lounge has impressive views for entertaining, while the snug media room is the place to go to take in a movie. There’s also a mudroom, laundry and personal gym.
