This architecturally designed Certified Passive House is both energy-efficient and healthy to live in. Outside, BGC Stratum weatherboard and cedar cladding, together with a feature wall of schist stone, give a striking first impression. Timber accents continue through to the home’s interior, with German-designed Siberian larch windows and doors, and ash timber bathroom vanity tops.

The main bathroom and ensuite also have white tiled walls in the walk-in shower, displayed in a double-herringbone pattern. Sensor lighting and brushed nickel tapware, shower head and slide rail complete the ensuite. In the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, polished concrete floors provide a sleek surface for everyday life.

The crisp white, custom-designed kitchen contrasts with the grey flooring. Its large island bench, double ovens and wine fridge make it a great space for entertaining guests, while the large timber decks on each side of the main living area create indoor-outdoor flow. Sustainable design and a thoughtful layout has resulted in this easy-living family home.
