The Alaskan yellow cedar adorning the exterior of this Te Anau treasure was chosen for its durability and ability to withstand the elements as much as the aesthetically pleasing way it blends with the natural environment. Topped off with a roofline that mirrors the majestic mountains, this is a home that sits comfortably in its semi-rural setting and is pleasing to the eye. Nothing displeases on the inside either. Walls are lined in birch ply and are designed with negative detailing for a minimalist look that flows through to the polished-concrete floor.
