One lounge opens fully to the main living space, while the second is a retreat-like media room, painted in a dark charcoal, giving the household flexibility.

Material choices are restrained but confident — warm white walls, textured finishes and dark joinery form the backbone of the interior and exterior palette. The curved kitchen cabinetry in walnut-toned melamine softens the main open-plan space, while a substantial island with a sintered stone benchtop anchors the room. A dedicated make-up studio is integrated into the layout, allowing one of the three bedrooms to double as a workspace, without compromising the flow of the home.
