Set within a suburban streetscape, this thoughtfully designed multi-residential development comprises four single-bedroom homes and two larger two-bedroom, doublestorey residences, each organised around generous interior volumes and carefully considered layouts for contemporary living. With a single-level home addressing the street and the remaining residences stepped discreetly behind it, the development sits in harmony with the surrounding neighbourhood. The architectural language is clean and restrained, with gabled rooflines, vertical timber cladding and generous glazing. Black, white and natural timber façades provide subtle contrast between the homes, while peaked rooflines extend outward to form sheltered courtyards and outdoor living spaces. Generous glazing brings in natural light.
The interior finishes are warm and contemporary. White timber-lined ceilings emphasise the simple gabled forms, while kitchens introduce texture and individuality through bespoke cabinetry. Bathrooms feature high-spec finishes and carefully considered detailing, while skylights brighten the upper levels of the two-storey homes. Sustainability and long-term liveability sit at the centre of the project. High-performance insulation and strategically placed glazing improve thermal comfort and reduce energy demand, while private gardens create a sense of retreat within a higher-density setting.
