This 151sqm house demonstrates how prefabricated construction can move beyond expectations of efficiency alone and deliver a four bedroom home with a true architectural presence. Conceived as a flagship show home, it presents a vision of contemporary living. The arrival at this house has been well thought-out. The entry sequence uses vertical timber detailing and integrated storage to create a sense of order and warmth from the outset, setting the tone for the spaces beyond. Next, the home opens into a central living zone where generous glazing and an upgraded 2.6m stacker door work together to draw in daylight.

The kitchen sits at the centre of daily life with durable surfaces, integrated appliances and a generous scullery, while considered lighting contributes to a softer mood through the evening. Throughout the interior, a restrained coastal-inspired palette combines soft neutrals, timber textures and carefully layered detailing to create a calm and cohesive feel. Despite its compact footprint, the layout makes efficient use of every square metre. The project also reflects a broader approach to sustainable construction. Factory-based prefabrication supports reduced waste, improved build consistency and lower site disruption. Efficient climate control, energyconscious lighting and thoughtfully selected appliances reinforce this is a home designed not only to look good on opening day, but to perform well long after.
