It’s crisp white, sleek and modern with architectural flourishes such as wedge-shaped clerestory windows. Every detail has been thought through: orientation for sun, future proofing, privacy and use of low-maintenance materials. The project began with “astonishingly well prepared” clients who had a detailed hand‑drawn plan that became the foundation. From there the design was adapted to the section, cladding added and the plan honed.
